Greetings.
My name is Scott and Red Grey Simulation is my project.
My extensive background in healthcare, spanning 15 years in clinical and administrative roles, is complemented by a diverse range of experience in other fields. I have previously worked as a theatrical technician & stage manager. However it is my experience in product development and design within the retail industry that gives me an edge.
This varied experience has informed my goals in the creation of Red Grey Simulation. Even before entering the nursing simulation field, I utilised my skills to develop innovative tools to enhance the healthcare education space. Simulation became a natural fit for me and while working nursing simulation has been a fulfilling experience, it has also provided the inspiration and drive to create improved tools for teaching future nurses, doctors, surgeons and other healthcare professionals.
Red Grey Simulation isn’t solely about offering the tools I have developed to other educational institutions. It is also an opportunity to introduce myself and my experience, knowledge, skill and workshop to colleagues in the industry who require new tools to support the education of tomorrow’s healers and carers.
